We have a meeting point a 2-minute walk from the arrivals terminal. With your booking confirmation we'll send you the exact location via WhatsApp.
How long does the handover take?
Around 5 minutes: we check your documents (passport/ID + licence), you sign the digital contract, we explain how the scooter works and hand over the helmets.
Can I return the scooter at the airport?
Yes, of course. Drop-off is at the same meeting point. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your flight.
What documents do I need?
A valid passport or ID card and an A1 driving licence or B licence held for at least 3 years. Non-EU citizens also need an International Driving Permit. Only original documents accepted.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don't worry. We monitor flights and adapt to delays. Simply message us on WhatsApp when you land and we'll be there waiting.
Will my luggage fit on the scooter?
All our scooters come with a free 45-litre top case. It easily fits a cabin-size bag or two large backpacks. If you have extra luggage, we can store it for you.
My flight arrives outside your hours — can you accommodate?
Our handover hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If your flight arrives outside this window, message us on WhatsApp and we'll find a solution.
